1. General Provisions
- 1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules for using the ATN TENNIS platform, available at https://www.atntennis.com (the "Platform").
- 1.2. The operator of the Platform is ATN TENNIS, Sp. z o.o., address: ul. ZYGMUNTA VOGLA nr 28 lok. 02.177, 02-963 Warszawa, Polska, e-mail: info@atntennis.com (the "Operator").
- 1.3. By registering and/or using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept their content, as well as the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is governed by the Cookies Policy, and their use is subject to separate consent where such consent is required.
- 1.4. The Platform is intended for adults and — to the extent permitted by the Operator or the organizer of a given competition — also for minors, provided that they meet the participation requirements applicable to a given function or competition.
- 1.5. These Terms apply to all Users of the Platform, including persons using the Platform as a Participant, an Organizer, or simultaneously in several roles.
2. Definitions
- 2.1. User — a natural person who uses the Platform or has registered an account on it.
- 2.2. Participant — a User taking part in matches, leagues, tournaments and other competitions available through the Platform.
- 2.3. Organizer — a User who has been granted Organizer status by the Platform after verification, entitling them to create and run competitions through the Platform.
- 2.4. Competitions — a tournament, league, event or other sports event created by the Organizer or the Operator.
- 2.5. Content — any information published by the User on the Platform, including profile data, results, comments, descriptions and other materials.
- 2.6. Organizer Verification — the procedure for verifying the data of a User applying for Organizer status, including, where necessary, verification of first and last name, company name, contact details, company registration details and other information required by the Operator.
- 2.7. No-show — a Participant’s failure to appear for a match or competition without timely cancellation within the deadline specified in the rules of the relevant competition, and if no such rules are specified — no later than 24 hours before the start of the match or competition.
- 2.8. NTRP — a player classification system used by the Platform to determine the User’s playing level and, where applicable, assign them to leagues, matches, categories or other participation formats.
- 2.9. Elo — the Platform’s internal ranking model used to recalculate ranking indicators taking into account, in particular, the opponent’s strength, the player’s level, the match format, the match status and other factors determined by the Operator.
- 2.10. Race — a separate points system for participation and results in tournaments, leagues and other competitions, the rules of which are published separately on the Platform.
3. Role of the Platform and Allocation of Responsibility
- 3.1. The Platform provides digital tools for finding opponents, publishing invitations, recording results, running tables, rankings and classifications, and managing competitions.
- 3.2. The Platform operates under two models:
- (a) marketplace — providing infrastructure to external Organizers;
- (b) organizer — where the Operator independently organizes selected competitions.
- 3.3. For each competition, its page indicates who the Organizer is and to whom the participation fee is paid, if such fee applies.
- 3.4. If a competition is run by an external Organizer, the Platform is not a party to the actual offline organization of such competition and is not responsible for officiating, prizes, postponements, participant admission, physical safety at the venue or other organizational decisions of that Organizer.
- 3.5. If a competition is run by the Operator, the conditions of its organization are set out in the competition page, these Terms and the relevant Platform rules.
- 3.6. The same User may simultaneously act in several roles, including as Participant and Organizer. In each specific case, the rules and obligations applicable to that role apply to such User.
4. Account, Participation Conditions and Organizer Status
- 4.1. The User is required to provide true data and keep it up to date.
- 4.2. If participation in certain Platform functions, matches or competitions is restricted by age, the Operator or Organizer may make participation conditional upon meeting the relevant requirements, including — where required — providing parental/legal guardian consent or other required information.
- 4.3. The User is responsible for the security of their login credentials and for actions performed using their account.
- 4.4. Organizer status is granted only after successful verification in accordance with the Platform rules.
- 4.5. The Operator may request from a person applying for Organizer status additional data and documents, including company details, contact details, registration and tax details, and other information necessary to complete verification.
- 4.6. The Operator may refuse to grant Organizer status, refuse to complete verification, suspend or withdraw verification if the information provided is incomplete, false, outdated, raises justified doubts, or there are grounds to believe that such person’s activity may violate the law, third-party rights, Platform rules or the interests of Users.
- 4.7. The User is required to use their real first and last name in their player profile, or another authentic name by which they are genuinely known. Fictitious or misleading names and impersonating another person are not permitted.
- 4.8. This requirement is intended to help ATN maintain a transparent and trustworthy community, improve safety and reliability when arranging matches, and allow players to know who they are agreeing to meet and play with.
- 4.9. If profile identity information appears fictitious, misleading or inconsistent, the Operator may ask the User to correct it and may restrict the relevant profile or Platform functions until the information is corrected. Unless expressly stated for a specific verification procedure, ATN does not necessarily verify a User's identity against an official identity document.
4A. Registration for Competitions
- 4A.1. A Participant may register for a competition through the Platform’s functionality if:
- (a) they have an active account;
- (b) they meet the participation conditions defined for the relevant competition, including possible NTRP level criteria, age criteria or other conditions set by the Organizer or the Operator;
- (c) places are still available, unless the Platform or Organizer provides for a waiting list.
- 4A.2. In the case of competitions with limited capacity, registration results either in being placed on the participant list or — if provided for — on a waiting list.
- 4A.3. Detailed participation conditions, including fees, registration deadlines, number of places, waiting list rules and possible eligibility criteria, are indicated on the page of the relevant competition.
5. Rules of Conduct and Fair Play
- 5.1. The following are prohibited on the Platform: spam, insults, threats, discrimination, harassment, publication of illegal content, publication of third-party personal data without legal basis, circumventing Platform restrictions, technical attacks, abuse of the service’s functionality, fraud and other bad-faith conduct.
- 5.2. The User must comply with applicable law, third-party rights, competition rules and the principles of fair sporting conduct.
- 5.3. Breaches of fair play may include, in particular, repeated unfounded complaints, unfair confirmation or disputing of results, intentional distortion of results, repeated no-shows, abuse of match or competition applications, and other actions disrupting the proper functioning of the Platform and sporting integrity.
- 5.4. In the event of justified complaints, signs of unsporting conduct or other breaches of these Terms, the Operator may apply a warning, temporary restrictions, blocking, deletion of the account, denial of access to selected functions, matches or competitions, and other measures provided for in these Terms and applicable law.
- 5.5. In cases provided for in these Terms and the rules of a given event, funds paid by the User may be non-refundable, including in the event of no-show, breach of participation rules or sanctions resulting from the User’s breach of these Terms.
- 5.6. Deletion of an account or restriction of access to it does not exclude retention of data which the Operator is required to retain by law or may retain in order to protect its rights, resolve disputes, perform obligations and prevent abuse.
6. Matches, Results, Rankings and Disputes
- 6.1. Users undertake to enter match results honestly, correctly and reliably.
- 6.2. If one User enters a result, the other User has the right to confirm or dispute it in accordance with the Platform functionality.
- 6.3. If the parties to a match indicate conflicting results and fail to reach agreement, the Platform may disregard such result, invalidate it, or leave the match without a confirmed result in accordance with the service logic.
- 6.4. The Platform does not resolve the sporting dispute on the merits between players, unless otherwise expressly provided by the rules of a specific competition or by a decision of the Organizer.
- 6.5. In the case of matches outside competitions, disputes over the result are resolved by the players themselves. In the case of matches and games within competitions, the Organizer may establish their own rules for confirming results, resolving disputes and making the final decision, including with the participation of referees or authorized persons.
- 6.6. Unless the rules of a given competition provide otherwise, a result may be disputed within 48 hours from the moment it is entered into the Platform.
- 6.7. The Platform may correct obvious technical errors and remove duplicates and invalid data.
- 6.8. The Platform may use NTRP, Elo, Race and other classification, ranking and points systems.
- 6.9. NTRP is used to classify players by playing level and may be used to determine eligibility, assignment to leagues, categories, matches or other participation formats.
- 6.10. Elo is used as the Platform’s internal ranking model to calculate rating changes taking into account criteria determined by the Operator, including the strength of the opponent, players’ level, type of match, match status, competition format and other factors.
- 6.11. Race is a separate system for awarding points for participation and results in tournaments, leagues and other competitions. The rules for awarding such points and the relevant points tables are published separately on the Platform.
- 6.12. All rankings, classifications and points systems on the Platform are internal, informational and service-oriented and do not constitute official rankings of sports federations.
- 6.13. The Operator may change the methodology of NTRP, Elo, Race and other ranking, classification and points systems. The current methodology and relevant rules are published on the Platform.
7. Payments, Fees and Refunds
- 7.1. Paid functionalities are available on the Platform, including paid participation in tournaments, leagues and other competitions. Detailed payment, fee and refund conditions are published on the Platform and presented to the User before payment is made.
- 7.2. If a competition is run by an external Organizer, payment conditions, refunds and other payment-related conditions are determined by that Organizer, unless otherwise indicated on the Platform.
- 7.3. If a competition is run by the Operator, payment and refund rules are determined by the Operator in accordance with the published rules.
- 7.4. Information about the fee, the entity receiving the payment, any commissions and the refund rules is made available to the User before the registration or payment is finalized.
7A. Payments, cancellations and refunds for participation in Competitions
- 7A.1. Participation fees for Competitions, if applicable, are displayed on the page of the relevant Competition before registration or payment. Prices are shown in Polish zloty as gross prices, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Online payments may also be processed through Paynow or other operators indicated at the payment step. Available payment methods are presented to the User before finalizing the payment.
- 7A.3. The time for performance of the service is counted from the moment positive payment authorization is obtained. After successful payment, the User receives electronic confirmation of registration for the Competition. A Participant’s registration for a paid Competition is considered confirmed after the participation requirements for the relevant Competition have been met and the payment has been successfully completed, unless a different confirmation method is indicated on the Competition page.
- 7A.4. The User acknowledges that, in the case of contracts concerning participation in sports Competitions held on a specific date or during a specific period, the User does not have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, pursuant to Article 38 point 12 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
- 7A.5. Regardless of the absence of the statutory right of withdrawal, the Operator or Organizer may provide voluntary cancellation and refund rules for a given Competition. Such rules are displayed on the Competition page before payment.
- 7A.6. Unless different refund rules are indicated on the page of the relevant Competition, the following rules apply:
- (a) cancellation at least 7 days before the start of the Competition — 100% refund of the fee;
- (b) cancellation from 3 to 6 days before the start of the Competition — 50% refund of the fee;
- (c) cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the Competition — the fee is non-refundable;
- (d) Participant no-show — the fee is non-refundable.
- 7A.7. If the Competition is cancelled by the Operator or Organizer for reasons not attributable to the Participant, the Participant is entitled to a 100% refund of the paid fee or, if offered, the option to transfer the fee to another Competition.
- 7A.8. A payment refund is made using the same payment method used by the User, unless the User expressly agrees to another refund method that involves no costs for the User. In the case of card payments, the refund is made to the bank account linked to the card used for the payment. Refunds are made no later than within 14 days from the date the refund is accepted by the Operator or Organizer.
- 7A.9. The services offered on the Platform do not require physical delivery. Confirmation of registration, payment and other information concerning participation in Competitions are provided electronically.
- 7A.10. A cancellation, refund or payment complaint request may be sent to info@atntennis.com. The request should include the User’s full name, account email address, Competition name and a description of the matter.
- 7A.11. Payment and refund complaints are reviewed within 14 days from the date of receiving a complete request.
8. Content Notices and Moderation
- 8.1. Any person may submit a notice regarding illegal content, violations of law, third-party rights or these Terms via the contact form available on the Platform or by e-mail to info@atntennis.com.
- 8.2. Such notice should include at least a link or identification of the content, a description of the alleged violation and contact details for a response.

- 8.4. The User may challenge a moderation decision and submit an appeal via the contact form available on the Platform or by e-mail to info@atntennis.com, unless the Platform provides a separate form or internal mechanism for this purpose.
9. Blocking and Restrictions
- 9.1. The Operator may temporarily restrict or block an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, the law, third-party rights, competition rules, principles of fair conduct, abuse, fraud, spam, no-show, repeated unfounded complaints from other Users, security threats or other circumstances indicating unfair use of the Platform.
- 9.2. Where possible, the Operator informs the User of the reason for the restriction within a reasonable time, except where such notification could hinder fraud prevention, investigation of violations, protection of third-party rights, Platform security or compliance with legal obligations.
