Competition format

Group-stage matches are played first, then the best participants advance to playoffs.

Match format

Classic match: first to win two sets (Best of 3). A maximum of 3 sets is played. At 40:40, the game continues until a 2-point advantage. At 1:1 in sets, the deciding third set can be played either as a full set or as a super tie-break, depending on the competition settings. At 40–40, advantage play is used (play continues until a two-point lead). Deciding set: Supertiebreak

How places are decided

Top 2 players from each group advance to the playoffs. Primary order: most match wins. Two players tied on wins: 1) Head-to-head winner ranks higher. 2) Set difference (sets won minus sets lost) in the group. 3) Game difference in the group. 4) Initial draw seed (stronger pre-draw position) if still tied. Three or more tied on wins: 1) Mini-table: wins among only the tied players. 2) Set difference from matches among tied players only. 3) Game difference from those matches. 4) Overall set difference in the full group. 5) Overall game difference in the full group. 6) Initial draw seed (stronger pre-draw position wins). Set and game differences use confirmed match scores only.

Playoffs and placement matches

Playoff structure: Main + Consolation brackets. After the group stage, qualifying players advance to either the Main or Consolation Bracket based on their group position. Playoff matches: Final + 3rd place match

Race Points: how they are awarded

1) Match result points

FULL (best of 3 sets to 6): win 2:0 = +3, win 2:1 = +2, loss 1:2 = +1, loss 0:2 = 0.

SHORT (best of 3 short sets to 4): win 2:0 = +2, win 2:1 = +1, any loss = 0.

SHORT (single set / time-limited): win = +1, loss or draw = 0.

2) Walkover points

Winner only: FULL = +2, SHORT = +1.

3) Participation points

Once per competition, per player: FULL = +2, SHORT = +1. Winners Court = 0.

4) Playoff points are based on the final result reached in the draw.

BYE by itself does not award playoff Race points.

A 3rd-place match does not add a separate playoff Race bonus.

Race points are shown separately from NTRP / Elo.
